Alliance Provider Workshops
The Alliance offers periodic workshops to help providers understand Alliance policies and procedures and support providers in delivering quality care to our members. Our Provider Services Representatives will come to your office to provide in-service training for your staff on following topics:

• Working with Interpreters
• Health Literacy: Help Your Patients Understand
